Vouchers

Offer Terms and Conditions: Our Terms and Conditions define the general conditions, rules, and procedures for using Vouchers.

1. A gift voucher entitles the holder to purchase a service offered at Orient Massage;
2. The value of the Voucher is determined individually.
3. The purchaser agrees to transfer funds to the seller equal to the nominal value of the Voucher.
4. The Voucher can only be used to purchase services at Orient Massage.
5. The Voucher can be redeemed for any services available in the current Orient Massage offer.
6. The Voucher must be redeemed in one transaction and in full.
7. The validity of the Voucher is 6 months from the date of purchase.
8. The Voucher user is required to reserve the time for using the Voucher at the Orient Massage reception or by phone, as listed on the website, or via email.
9. When redeeming the Voucher, the user is not entitled to receive the remaining unused amount if the service value is lower than the Voucher value.
10. Purchased vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. The user is required to pay the price difference in cash, by debit card, or by credit card when the service value exceeds the presented Voucher value.
12. The reservation date can be changed up to 48 hours before the appointment.
